- Get 1 cup of raw peanuts.
- Provide 8-10 of garlic cloves.

- Get all the ingredients.
- Gring peanuts to coarse powder, in a blender put garlic, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt a tablespoon of water and blend to a nice paste.
- In a kadai heat some oil add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, once they splutter add the green masala and simmer the flame.
- Once the raw smell goes add peanut powder and mix nicely, now add water and allow it to boil, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes..
