- Use 1 cup of roasted peanut.
- Use 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Get 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Provide 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Take Pinch of asafoetida.
- Use as per taste of Salt.
- Provide 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Take 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds.
Instructions to make Dry Peanut Chutney:
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer jar except salt and sesame and blend to a coarse powder. do not blend continuously, as peanuts will release oil and turn paste. Add sesame and churn for a few seconds..
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl then add salt and mix well. Chutney is ready. Store in an air tight container..
