The ingredients needed to prepare Potato Paratha:

  1. Use of For Dough.
  2. You need 200 gm of wheat flour(Aata).
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. Prepare 100 gm of water for knead.
  6. Use 4 of medium-size boil/steam potatoes.
  7. Use of For Stuffing.
  8. You need 4 of boil/ steam medium size potatoes 🥔.
  9. Use 1/2 tsp of garam masala.

  11. Use 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin(jeera) powder.
  13. Provide 1/2 tsp of ginger paste.
  14. Take 1 tsp of finely chopped coriander leaves.
  15. Provide of For Parantha.
  16. Get 6 tsp of oil.
  17. Provide 100 gm of wheat flour.

Instructions to make Potato Paratha:

  1. Firstly, combine the wheat dough by taking  wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead.
  2. Further, in a large mixing bowl take 4 boiled potato and mashed very well.
  3. Add mashed potatoes,salt, chopped green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder,garam masala, coriander powder, and coriander leaves.Making sure all the ingredients are mix together.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a potato stuffing in the center of the circle.
  6. Bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly.
  7. Roll again into a circle of 5 inches in diameter circle with a little flour.
  8. On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear.
  9. Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown.
  10. Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
  11. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, and stuffing to make more parantha.
  12. Finally, serve hot aloo paratha with butter, sauce, yogurt, or pickle..

Add the spices and chopped coriander in it and set aside. Make the paratha dough by combining wheat flour, water and salt. Knead until dough is off a semi-soft consistency but isn't too sticky. potato. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and ajwain/ carom seeds.
